During the final week, teams placed first and second in a division will play off in a championship game. 3rd will play 4th, 5th against 6th and 7th against 8th. Medals and trophies will be awarded to division champions. Runners up medals will be awarded to teams finishing second. If necessary, penalties will be used to decide finals.
